Job Description
- Achieve business growth objectives by creating and implementing Digital Marketing Campaigns e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM
- Create and manage customer segments and implement email campaigns to drive traffic/conversions and manage Marketing campaigns, budgets, and spends daily
- Deliver, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and make recommendations toward campaign goals/KPIs
- Plan and liaise with Partner agency on performance marketing campaigns and ensure goals/KPIs are met and coordinate with internal teams on the creation of digital content e.g. campaign ads, marketing collaterals, website creatives, newsletters
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing preferably from media, agency, or startup industries
- Excellent Project Management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hunger for success with a committed motivation to getting things done
