Job Description
- Introduce new product categories
- Define new features and functionality for BeamAndGo’s online marketplace
- Define and implement strategies for attracting and onboarding new merchants
- Manage the following:
- relationship with marketplace merchants
- the marketing budget for marketplace merchant and customer acquisition
- listings and product visibility.
- Define the hiring needs for the Marketplace Team
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- Manage, guide, and mentor the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Team player
- 5+ years’ experience in an online marketplace firm
- Understands all the components of an online marketplace
- Understands marketing and sales analytics basics
- Disciplined, process driven
- Good with numbers and can write well
- Able to take risks and experiment
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Demand excellence
