Job Description
Our Financial Advisor help families uncover theor need for long-term financial protection. Our Financial Advisor presents life insurance as the best solution to protecting families in case a breadwinner passes away.
The Financial Advisor works in partnership with BDO in ensuring the financial security of Filipino families.
Minimum Qualifications
- High sales motivation
- Can express thoughts in an organized and concise manner
- Ability to connect and buod rapport
- Assertive, persistent, confident
- Neat, presentable, pleasant
- No visible deformity
- 20-35 years old
- Certified "fit to work" by the Company Physician
- College degree holder
- *Non-degree holders can be considered provided with minimum of 2 years sales experience (completed at least three (3) yearsCollege education)
- *The following are some factors considered for First Priority candidates:
- College degree holder
- With at least 3 years work experience
- Have experience in sales, marketing, banking or customer service
- For fresh graduates, background in school or extra-curricular activities is being considered such as:
- Held a key role or was an active member of a club or organization; received awards and recognition; etc.
- With success patterns on record, such as: Promotion; with Awards and recognition during employment; successful business venture; etc.
