Job Description

The Role

  • Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify new opportunities to upsell our products and services
  • Proactively manage all outbound customer concerns
  • Maintain a healthy partnership w/ client decision makers to facilitate account renewals
  • Provide feedback to all direct inbound client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct trainings of online services and other features of our products to ensure that clients get to effectively use it and get value for their money
  • Stay updated on the latest information on BCI products and services

Minimum Qualifications

What we look for in a Candidate

BCI Asia is looking for people who are passionate when it comes to Customer Service. We need professionals who are able to train people and engage them and keep them interested with the product.

Qualification requirements

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably 5 Yrs or more Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate, Business Development or equivalent; background in Customer Service/Account Management is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sales and marketing persona
  • Young and outgoing, self-motivated
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
