The Company

BCI Media Group is a leading provider of building and construction information with offices across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. We service a large portfolio of industry professionals allowing them to maintain a competitive advantage and win new business through the use of market information provided.

The Role

BCI Asia is looking for individuals who are interested in researching and reporting construction related information and analyzing this with an Economics background. From gathering information, analyzing the data, and reporting it to clients to give them the right industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare reports (Forecaster, Pipeline & Outlook reports) which can be extracted by clients from our system
Oversee custom research projects that may be directed by our clients
Liaise with both existing & potential clients to target specific data needed in reports generated and custom Research projects undertaken
Collaborate with the Cross Media Division team to conceptualize local events that cater to our target markets

The Candidate

BCI Asia is looking for people who are passionate when it comes to Research. We need professionals who are highly experienced in all areas of research process, from Data Gathering & analysis, as well as in the preparation of various reports

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in data analysis or custom research.
Preferably with in-depth knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and statistics software (SPSS or alike)
Database management experience is a plus.
Candidate must be target driven, resourceful, and can work independently
Must be willing to handle presentations and liaise with clients
