Job Description

About the role:

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible to drive profitable relationships with new and existing clients of BCI Asia. The key focus of this role is to secure new business for Events, Publications & Digital Branding platform services (Archify), while maintaining a good relationship with existing clients.

  • Work closely with General Manager to achieve the target revenue of Event, Publication, and Archify sales for BCI Philippines.
  • Create and implement business plans, in collaboration with management, to ensure budgets and growth targets are achieved
  • Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining profitable business relationships with all existing clients.
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth transition between BCI Sales and Account Management teams – client onboarding (profile setup, customer support etc)
  • Lead and ensure the sales team achieves their KPIs for new business, renewal, and up-sell targets.
  • Maintain updated information on the company database (CRM) in adherence with expected standards.
  • Utilize professional selling expertise and business acumen to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Facilitate & enforce a healthy office culture, focusing on anti-bullying & harassment.
  • Managing the day to day department operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager.
  • Ideally with 3 years minimum experience in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record in winning new business and maintaining a good profitable relationship with an existing client.
  • Working experience in Event, Publication or Digital Branding company is an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
