Job Description
Supports Regular Report- and Custom Research-Related Tasks
- Data gathering, mining, cleaning, and validating
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc report templates
- Assist in ensuring the consistent quality, timely delivery, and compliance to methodology and specifications of reports for clients
- Help conduct secondary research for regular and custom research reports
- Coordinate among PICs for the completion of regular and custom research reports
- Help identify inconsistencies and opportunities for automation and assist in improving processes
Account Management and Internal Support
- Liaise with internal teams, as well as existing & potential clients
- Handle correspondences and log feedback
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders for regular and ad-hoc reports being handled
- Assist in the implementation of software, policy, workflows and other change management strategies required
- Support internal teams in the creation of reports, presentations, papers and other materials
Other:
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
- Uphold BCI Central’s philosophies, values and guiding principles
Minimum Qualifications
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Communications, or any equivalent requiring internship course.
- Must be willing to work onsite at least 2-3 days per week and have a hybrid schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
