The Role
BCI Asia is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in doing clerical work/front desk duties and with basic accounting knowledge/experience.
Job Description:
- Manage the filing, storage, and security of documents.
- Update AMS payments on a daily basis
- Dispatching of the daily schedule of all messengers/liaisons (collections, payments, and documents for delivery)
- Assist in the annual processing of renewal for all applicable permits (Business Permits, Barangay Clearance, Sanitary Permit, etc.)
- Ensure PL and CMD orders and payments are uploaded accurately into the Order System within the working day.
- Maintain local subscription requests as advised by BDC/AE team
- Monitor subscription due for delivery/release
- Monitor delivery of BCI publications (Futurarc, Arc@, GA, Etc.) to Research partners
- Maintain and monitor accurate book inventory
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be delegated from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written form)
- Tech savvy; is knowledgeable in how to utilize both Windows and Apple OS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Very well-organized and is capable of working on multiple tasks at the same time
- Very meticulous with his/her work, excellent attention to details
- A graduate of any 4-year degree course
- With a very upbeat personality and can work well with others
