Job Description
- Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process cycle.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Provide a consultancy and advisory service to line management and staff on HR related issues.
- Supporting Manager in the adherence and execution of BCI Performance Management Standards, including Rewards & Recognition, Training and Development as well as Disciplinary Action.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Provide general HR administrative support across the organization for example: organize annual events, monthly meeting and group wide HR initiative.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines, procedures and processes which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR services to the business.
- Liaise with accounting firm on payroll, pay benefit & etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Manager/Senior HR generalist.
- Hands -on experience in handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Candidate must be able to work at Makati city
