Job Description
The Role
Project Information Researcher / Research Consultant role is an office based role where you will search and gather information on upcoming and ongoing construction projects in Australia and New Zealand through several sources such as newspapers, cold calls, google searches and more.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify construction information via phone calls and update research database.
- Continuously maintain the assigned construction projects portfolios from the beginning stage towards the completion of the construction project.
- Meeting & maintaining good relationship with research partners such as architect.
- Consistently achieve the daily KPI on project reporting.
- Execute any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
- High level of proficiency in the English language (both in oral & written form)
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls to foreign contacts
- We’ll provide all the training but you must be committed to learning lots of new things
- Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply
- Some experience in customer service or research is an advantage
- This is a full-time role and the successful candidates will be based in our Makati ofice
- Must be able to start working & undergoing training right away
