Job Description

The Role

We are looking for talented Business Development professionals. The role is focused on lead generation and actively looking for prospective clients, and closing subscription sales.

The Candidate

BCI Asia is looking for people who are passionate when it comes to Sales and Business Development. We need people who are hard-working,sales oriented& open to learning new things.

  • Enhance BCI’s market penetration by identifying new sales opportunities and generating new business
  • Promoting and selling our products through professional sales techniques (B2B Sales)
  • Continually improve product knowledge and selling skills
  • Mentoring of new staff when required
  • Building of relationships with BCI clients

Minimum Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate, Business Development, or equivalent.
  • Having relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • An outgoing, self-motivated persona, with relevant sales & marketing experience
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City and willing to do field sales visits.
  • Can start immediately
