Job Description
- Support work for Korean and other players through email.
- Assist in providing support to online gaming products and customer account through live chat, email, and phone.
- Daily translation work of blurbs, ticker, updating contents, and others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required language(s): English, Korean
- Has good customer support knowledge
- Willing to learn new knowledge and skills
- Excellent Telephone and chatting skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
