Job Description
Responsible for coordination of office operations and assigned office improvement projects, including progress update, quality, and user relation:
- Assist in regular site/project meetings, organize, prioritize work and prepare action plans
- Assist and Monitor site activities to ensure Quality and Compliance with Design Specifications
- Assist in controlling and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors
- Check quality and quantity of materials and furniture delivery and pull outs
- To attend to after office hours project implementation in behalf of the property manager during office fit outs
- Assist in Ensuring completion of projects on schedule
- Generate Project Status Reports and maintain accurate Document Control
- Monitor asset movement & conduct regular check on asset availability
- Report damages to office equipment, furniture, fixture and fitting when found during project implementation
- Updates the table numbering system for all floors using AUTOCAD
- Suggest, plan and implement office improvement that the company will benefit
- Monitor and Coordinates office moves
- Assist in Updating Inventory in Master Inventory Asset List
- Handle request, order, and inventory of all mobile pedestals, lateral cabinets and hanging cabinets
- Maintain and issue power strip request
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or above in Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural or related disciplines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Paint, and Gantt charts
- Preferably at least 1-year experience in the fit out of offices & hotels, etc.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Conversant with interior fit-out nature
- Good communication skills
- Hands on approach to problem-solving
- Clear understanding of commercial fitting out construction techniques (details)
- Knowledge of furniture standards and specifications
- Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
- Humble but aggressive on conceptualizing office improvement, open to new ideas and tasks
- Willing to work overtime/weekends/night shift as necessary
- Must be willing to work in Makati City on a Shifting Schedule
