- Assist team lead in IT tasks and day to day operations.
- Facilitate general computer support; upgrades; software installations; license management; security; etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide daily support for computer network users.
- Document and prepare reports as necessary.
- Perform other job related task that will be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT related course (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Must be pro-active, motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
- Knowledgeable in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Basic experience in PC troubleshooting and networking.
- Cisco, MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL or any other related certification a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work on night shift and on-call.
