Job Description
The Human Resources Supervisor (Compensation and Benefits, Administration) position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to- day operations of the Human Resources Department. Primarily responsible for the Benefits and Employee Services function of the HR Team
- Oversee Benefits and Employee Services function for Human Resources Team.
- Supervise Timekeeping for Payroll processing.
- Ensures government requirements for employees such as withholding taxes, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth are accurate and updated.
- Sees to it that Records Management is up-to-date.
- Oversees Web maintenance and updating of HRIS.
- Handles procurement and finances.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management/Development or other Business Courses.
- At least 3 years total work experience and must have at least 2 years experience in Compensation and Benefits facet of HR.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Can work well independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to identify priorities, organize and manage time effectively.
