Job Description
On-Page SEO Specialist
- Improve overall Local Search traffic and volume of campaigns through best practice SEO
- Optimize Copy and Landing Pages’ Heading, Title and Image Tags, as well as Meta Descriptions
- Continuous Keyword research and monitoring
- Write powerful call-to-action scripts
- Perform competitor research
- Identify additional website opportunities such as recommending additional content or UI and interlinking suggestions
- Measure performance through Google Analytics
- Create simple text and ad copies
Minimum Qualifications
- One to three-year experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Solid On-Page Technical and Fundamental SEO knowledge.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or information technology is a huge plus, although some companies don't require this.
- Knowledge of commonly-used SEO tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. A background in Google tools, in particular, is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, such as inbound marketing and customer acquisition
- A solid background with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices and trends, such as ranking factors and algorithm updates
