Job Description

The duty of an HR Assistant will focus more on Recruitment and Timekeeping but will also assist in other HR functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files and needed equipment
  • Orientating new hires
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Ensure that all attendance are accurately resolved 1 day after cut-off.
  • Facilitating company initiated activities.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of four year course (Human Resource, Psychology or other related)
  • With at least two (2) years of solid human resource experience
  • Has extensive experience in end to end Recruitment process
  • Has experience in job posting sites such as Kalibrr, JobStreet and Indeed
  • Has strong time management skills
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
