Job Description
- Maintains sales reports (including Month-To-Date Sales).
- Receives and Processes Orders, Prepares Sales Orders, Delivery Receipts, Invoices, and Collection Receipts.
- Analyzes inventory of partner retailers.
- Analyzes sales data and creates accurate, timely reports, and dashboards.
- Maintains the sales database and CRM system.
- Manages and creates long-term relationships with clients.
- Tracks KPIs, analyzes them, and develops action plans based on results.
- May include fieldwork from time to time.
- Performs other duties and functions related to sales and admin.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and administrative skills.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has a Get-Stuff-Done attitude.
