Job Description
The HR/Admin Officer plays a huge role in hiring and keeping the best talent that the social enterprise needs to build a high performance culture committed to giving back to the community.
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for the ff:
- Recruitment, screening/selection, and hiring
- Maintaining a hiring pool
- Handling of employee contracts, filing and updating of employee records
- Basic HR policies, procedures, activities and projects
- Maintaining systems, documents and reports related to personnel (staffing, attendance, benefits, training, employee surveys, performance evaluation, etc.)
- Payroll preparation (together with Accountant)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Mgt, Management, or related field
- At least 2 years work experience in a related field required
- Required experience - recruitment, screening/selection, hiring, and handling of statutory benefits (SSS, Philheatlh, Pag-ibig)
- Excellent administrative skills - able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities with strong attention to detail
- Strong operational discipline - able to effectively manage time and resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding work ethics, committed, and proactive, willing to take initiatives
