Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • A Bachelors’ degree, preferably related field of study
  • At least 5 years of well-rounded experience in managing operations of a manufacturing company or a similar, relevant role, including at least 3 years experience in a supervisory position
  • Demonstrated business acumen, critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability within and outside work
  • An exemplary work ethic
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Excellent people skills. Must be able to work well with employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Job Description

The Operations Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with Sales and Marketing. Overall, the Operations Director is in charge of day-to-day operations, overseeing procurement, production, warehouse and inventory management, and inbound and outbound logistics to ensure product availability in distribution channels, fulfillment of the Sales Budget, fulfillment of operational goals.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO in developing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals
  • Achieve key business goals within budget
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate growth objectives.
  • Successfully manage trade-offs between efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve business goals and individual KPIs
  • Attract, recruit and retain required members of the team
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies
  • Assist the CEO in fostering accountability and a results-oriented culture
