- Provides process support by troubleshooting and suggesting improvements both in the operation of the tissue machine and supporting systems.
- Addresses problem solving quality issues.
- Coordinates maintenance activities including shutdown coordination.
- Acts as training coordinator for production by creating standardized work instructions that he can then utilize in a training capacity for production employees.
- Manages the job hazard analysis process.
- Schedules of the workforce including utility, extra work coordination and supervision.
- Provides support by managing inventories, ordering of materials and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or any other related business course
- 1-3 years Supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in tissue industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook).
- Must be able to do the following:

- Work independently
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
