The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the general management of the entire plant operations. He/she will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and is expected to effectively plan, organize, lead and control the daily operations of the plant. He/she should be in close coordination with all other managers of the company to ensure attainment of set goals and objectives.
