- Operational Efficiency
- Ensuring benefits plan are cost effective and competitive
- Ensuring that is compliant with government laws
- Collaborating with partner hospitals
- Monitor the health and the wellness of the employees.
- Administering the organizations benefit programs (e.g medical reimbursement, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies etc.)
- Processing employee benefits plan according to company programs and policies
- Making recommendations based on data analyses
- Monitoring government regulations legislation and government trends.
- Working with health insurance
- Ensures good working conditions of clinical equipment such as stethoscope, weighing scales and other equipments coordinating with Services department for verification and calibration as necessary
- Recommends process improvements of the scope of the responsibility
- Safety Housekeeping
- Conduct monthly inspection of the mill as part of the 7s committee
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic facilities by coordinating with the services department
- Practices safety and ensures good housekeeping on area responsibility
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
- Monitor and record the patient's condition
- Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
- Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
- Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
- Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
- Generate medical reimbursement report every month
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time
- Awareness and compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 Standards
- Provides safety orientation for newly hires employees
- Performs authorization function of the safety officer such as signing off safety permits and his absence
- Performs other related functions which may be assigned by the superior from tine
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and passed the Nursing Licensure Exam
- At least one (1) year experience in Industrial Nursing
- 50 Hours OHNAP training
- Knowledge of First Aide Treatment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good Interpersonal Relations
