This job is responsible for encoding and monitoring of all Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO), for the safekeeping of purchasing files and records and for purchasing of materials locally when need arises.
- Receive and encode all purchase requisition for PR & PO Monitoring.
- Prepare weekly report for PR Monitoring.
- Maintains files and records of purchase order, purchase requisition, canvass sheet and other related documents.
- Assist in contacting suppliers regarding delivery schedule.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of Purchasing Department office supplies.
- Purchase materials locally as need arises.
- Performs the duties and responsibilities in the absence of Purchasing Assistant Logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Graduate (Preferably in Engineering or Business)
- Computer Literate (Windows, Office & Platinum for Windows), technically competent, proficient in oral and written communication.
- Good communication skills
- Experience required but not necessary.
