HR Supervisor  

Learning and Development

• Strong understanding of the organizations goals to effectively create a training strategy
• Act as a point of contact for all training and development requirements and inqueries
• Gain a full working knowledge of each business unit to work alongside leaders to design an effective training program.
• Manage training budget and source cost effective alternatives
• Ensure design of core curriculum for all employees
• build partnerships with training providers.
• Adapt a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning
• Recommed process improvements

Talent Acquisition

• Source and interview qualified applicants
• conducting new hire orientation
• Attend and coordinate recruitment related activities

Safety and Housekeeping

• Practice safety and ensures good housekeeping on area of responsibility

Management System Compliance

• Compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 standards and all other standards implemented at the mill.

• Minimum of 3 year working experience as HR Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Graduate of any 4 year course preferrably Psychology, Human Resources Development
• Relevant experience of delivering training solutions
• Track record of management development and a variety of training and development techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Willing to be assigned in Samal Bataan or Baesa Quezon City.
