Marketing Manager  

The Marketing Manager is in charge to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels in order to support and achieve business objectives. He/she is responsible to develop pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share as well as considers customer satisfaction.

He/she has the ability to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple channels and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency

• Lead execution of marketing programs from start to finish to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan
• Able to analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing the best practices to build successful strategies
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return on investment, as well as profit and loss projections
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
• Partner with creatives team, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies as well as suppliers

Continuous Improvement

• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

Management Systems Compliance

• Awareness and compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 Standards

• Keeps record of data and other related documents for future reference

Operational Continuity

• Conducts brainstorming sessions with Sales & Marketing team to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
• Keep himself/herself abreast with the latest products, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape within the industry

• Performs other related functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns from ground up
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• At least two (2) years of experience in brand marketing or similar field
• Preferably with experience related to FMCG industry
• Preferably Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related courses
