- Responsible in monitoring of company’s accounts payables and ascertains proper receipt and documentation of payments.
- Responsible in ensuring that the transactions are authorized, carried out and booked in accordance with management rules and practices.
- Operational Efficiency
- Receives original copy of receiving report from Receiving Section of Bodega Parts, Finishing Supplies, Purchasing, Corrugating Meduim and Jumbo Roll for attachment to Suppliers invoice.
- Forwards accounts payable vouchers with supporting documents to Accounting Officer/Cost Accountant/Accounting Manager for checking.
- Prepares and Submit weekly projection of disbursement to Finance, Check vouchers and check request.
- Maintains files of released cheque vouchers of bodega parts, chemicals, fuel and lubricants, various reimbursements and trucking.
- Management Systems Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, BS Financial Accounting , and Accounting Technical
- With at least two (2) years experience in the same field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
