- Responsible in condition monitoring, maintaining and inspecting all operating machinery and equipment of the plant and sees to it that all equipment’s reported with discrepancies are addressed immediately.
- Must be proficient with the use if vibration analyzer, pyrometer and stroboscope to perform inspections, monitoring and diagnosis of various equipment’s and machineries in the mill and provide accurate diagnosis of problem.
- Product Quality and Operational Efficiency
- Operates, ensures availability and maintenance of good working condition of vibration analyzer, pyrometer and stroboscope.
- Coordinates with Lead mechanic and /or Millwright to provide immediate repairs and corrections to respective equipment’s for observed abnormality and discrepancy requiring great attention.
- Performs routine inspection and maintenance of machines not included in the schedule checking for leaks, contamination, vibration, heat, oil level and grease and adds lubricants if necessary.
- Assist in conducting repairs of damaged machines and equipments including assistance in lubrication as needed.
- Updates equipment history as often as necessary for future references.
- Records all necessary data on the Equipment Discrepancy Reports and Preventive maintenance Checklist.
- Management Systems Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Trade/Vocational School graduate or its equivalent.
- With at least two (2) years experience in maintenance.
- Willing to work in Samal, Bataan
