- Entertain calls from customers and acts on their inquiries. If ordering, writes down the order on memo order. If following up on orders, checks schedule and delivery report.
- Consolidates all orders and prepares customer order master list for all grades and tissue.
- Reviews Accounts Receivable report. Calls customers’ attention on overdue accounts. Makes a follow up on collection for due accounts.
- Monitors prices of competitors finished products in the trade.
- Collects payments from the customers.
- Regularly makes customers’ visits.
- Review customer order master list and selects which orders are to be scheduled for production.
- Penetrate/Open new customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator/Liaison Officer regarding the schedule, quality and costs.
- Prepares daily activity report.
- Attend and participate in weekly Managers’ Report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Good communication skill, oral and written, can relate well to all levels of organization.
- Computer literate, familiar with ins and outs of Metro Manila; “a street smart”.
- Good leadership traits, mature and hardworking.
- Should have at least minimum exposure in selling activities.
- Preferrably experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
