- Prepares periodic maintenance schedules of all company trucks such as change oil, change filters of engine, transmission, and hydraulics system and re-greasing of all grease lubricated parts according to operating and maintenance manual of every unit.
- Repair abnormalities of the units as indicated by the truck drivers in the Daily Equipment Pre-operation Check Up form.
- Recondition all re-usable spare parts and coordinates for the purchase new spare parts.
- Report any major repair or overhauling needed for the unit.
- Checks and test run units repaired by the contractor before acceptance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and conditions of all hand tools and equipments needed for the repair.
- Observes good house keeping at motor pool area.
- Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational course graduate or 2nd year college level in any technical course
- Can perform engine overhauling and trouble shooting of truck equipments.
- atleast minimum of 6-mos to 1 yr experience
