Outbound Sales Agent  

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed opportunity / appointment quota through phone and email prospecting and lead qualification.
• Rapidly learn the technical aspects of the product.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • React to objections and competitive questions.
• Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads.
  • Between 60 and 80 calls per day.
• Qualify interested candidates and arrange sales appointments.
• Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including Senior Executives.
• Understand a prospect's needs and effectively communicate how Basemark will address them.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
• Use Hubspot.com for lead management.

• Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in a sales career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and energetic phone skills.
• Excellent listening and writing skills.
• A sense of curiosity and passion, along with a competitive nature.
• Ability and desire to work in fast-paced startup environment.
• Consistent measurable over-achievement in past experiences.
