- Meet or exceed opportunity / appointment quota through phone and email prospecting and lead qualification.
- Rapidly learn the technical aspects of the product.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition.
- React to objections and competitive questions.
- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads.
- Between 60 and 80 calls per day.
- Qualify interested candidates and arrange sales appointments.
- Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including Senior Executives.
- Understand a prospect's needs and effectively communicate how Basemark will address them.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
- Use Hubspot.com for lead management.
- Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in a sales career.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and energetic phone skills.
- Excellent listening and writing skills.
- A sense of curiosity and passion, along with a competitive nature.
- Ability and desire to work in fast-paced startup environment.
- Consistent measurable over-achievement in past experiences.
