Job Description
- Manage Chief Operating Officer daily schedule, assessing priority of appointments and rearrangement as necessary.
- Manage Chief Operating Officer travel arrangements including visa and accommodation.
- Maintains Chief Operating Officer office systems including data management and filling.
- Maintain record of contacts, screen calls, inquiries and request and responsible to deal with them when appropriate.
- Prepares documents, update papers, reports and presentations to Chief Operating Officer.
- Ensures request for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Any other duties that may require time to time by the Chief Operating Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (General Management) or equivalent
- Proven experience as Personal Assistant of Executives and Directors or at Senior Management level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts both internal and external of the company.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Flexible and ability to work at own initiative.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
- Pleasant, tactful and approachable personality
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy skills including various computer applications.
