Job Description
Bannerman is a fast growing startup looking for a remote customer support representative. You will be part of a small support team, so will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on support team processes.
Duties include the following:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Identify if a caller needs sales or operations.
- Solves guard and client concerns via phone and email.
- Ensures all shifts are filled and all guards have checked into their scheduled shifts.
- Monitors guard activity being tracked from the Bannerman guard app, which is installed on every Bannerman guard phone.
- Coordinates with other remote CSRs to ensure all tasks have been handled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong internet speed/connection.
