Job Description

  • Participates in market and salary surveys to ensure compensation and benefits programs are benchmarked against best practices, researched against industry and employment trends, and compliant with legislation.
  • Assists with performance management including merit increase, bonus & incentive plan processes, and analysis.
  • Assists in the analysis for preparing and coordinating annual benefits open enrollment process including employee communication & education.
  • Responsible for administering all compensation & benefit programs, including making recommendations for enhancements and compliance related changes.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws, and stays current on regulatory changes.
  • Assists in reviewing, reconciling, preparing and processing payroll.
  • Prepares and/or participates in government filings, plan audits, and other tax-reporting requirements as necessary.
  • Creates ad hoc reports and prepares data for compensation and benefits analysis for all levels of the organization.
  • Assists with the annual budgeting process.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual headcount for management.
  • Audits compensation, retirement plans, and benefits data.
  • Participates in the development and validation of HR information systems and participate in the applications strategy for the HR function.
  • Maintains multiple vendor relationships including service levels and related data interfaces
  • Enters, maintains and ensures integrity of data in HRIS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an Officer or Supervisory position
  • Strong background in Organizational Development interventions such as but not limited to Job Evaluation, Job Design Succession Planning, and Performance Management System
  • Ability to plan, develop and implement learning and organizational development programs
  • Experience in the design of Training modules, conduct and evaluation of training programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Assertive, highly analytical and can effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Full-Time position available.
