Job Description

Relasi antara BCA dengan nasabah, khususnya nasabah bisnis merupakan salah satu hal yang harus terus dijaga. Salah satu unit kerja di BCA yang bertanggung jawab atas hal ini adalah Cash Management. Staf Marketing Cash Management berperan dalam menggali kebutuhan dari nasabah bisnis, mengolah data, melakukan analisa sampai dengan memberikan solusi dari kebutuhan yang ada. Untuk memberikan solusi yang tepat, Staf Marketing Cash Management juga akan berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja lain ataupun pihak ketiga agar tercapai hasil yang dapat memuaskan semua pihak (nasabah serta BCA).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 atau S2 dari Ekonomi-Bisnis, Teknik, Teknik Industri

  • Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2.75 dari skala 4.00

  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di perbankan menangani Cash Management

  • Mampu berkomunikasi aktif dalam bahasa inggris

  • Lokasi Tes: Jakarta, Bandung, dan Surabaya
