Job Description

Perkembangan teknologi yang kian pesat merupakan salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh semua perusahaan di Indonesia, termasuk BCA. IT Human Capital BCA yang saat ini dibutuhkan adalah di bidang Talent Acquisition, Talent Identification, Talent Development, dan Organizational Development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulusan Sarjana (S1) Psikologi / Teknik Industri / Teknik Informatika dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00)
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di HR min. 2 tahun, lebih disukai apabila pengalaman kerja di HR untuk IT
  • Memiliki minat dengan dunia IT
  • Talent Acquisition diharapkan berpengalaman dalam melakukan proses interview dan menguasai teknik wawancara (BEI/CBI).
  • Talent Identification diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam pemetaan talent terutama talent di IT, memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan melakukan competency assessment, serta memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk mengukur produktivitas karyawan
  • Talent Development diharapkan berpengalaman dalam membangun kurikulum pembelajaran atau pengembangan staf IT (technical dan soft skill)
  • Organizational Development diharapkan mengerti dan dapat menyusun Job Profile dan Kompetensi yang dibutuhkan IT, mampu melakukan interview atau menggali kebutuhan customer, memahami organization metrics dalam lingkup HR dan cara pengukurannya, serta mempunyai kemampuan administratif yang baik dan rapi lebih disukai
