Job Description

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan, maka standar mutu dan kualitas juga meningkat. Oleh karena itu, BCA membutuhkan seseorang yang ahli pada bidang Quality Assurance. Mereka diharapkan untuk dapat menjaga standar kualitas dengan melakukan monitoring serta melaksanakan audit rutin untuk memastikan agar standar yang telah ditetapkan bisa tercapai.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan teknik / manajemen
  • IPK minimal 3.00 dari skala 4.00
  • Usia maksimal 28 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Audit Process / Audit IT / Management Project / Improvement
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang Perbankan merupakan nilai plus
  • Bersedia untuk travelling keluar kota.
  • Mampu bekerja di dalam team (kecil/besar).
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan/deadline.
  • Memiliki kemampuan public speaking / presentasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik
