Chief Accountant  

The successful candidate will directly report to the President, and is expected to take lead in managing overall business financial Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.

• Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s books of accounts
• Prepares accurate and timely analyses of accounts, schedules/reports, reconciliations and financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Balance sheet and income statement review which includes resolving issues, reviewing bank accounts, accruals, accounts payable and deferred income/expense
• Prepares journal entries, process invoices and credit notes
• In charge of Statutory reports and requirements
• Responsible in recording payables in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy of invoice received from supplier

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
• Professional License (Certified Public Accountant)
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees
• Advanced MS Office skills particularly in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts and communicate it at all levels
• Extensive background in General Accounting, financial accounting, internal audit & control, budget planning bank reconciliation and financial statement preparations
• Technical competence in Tax Compliance and financial reporting
• Self-starter and results-oriented
• Good Communication skills
• Available to start immediately
