Job Description
- Assisting helpdesk to ensure all cloud-based support tickets are solved in a timely manner.
- Provide phone, ticketing, email, team viewer and onsite support to clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service are being met.
- Perform shift work when necessary.
- Perform remote monitoring of desktops, servers and networks.
- Perform pro-active support tickets monitoring.
- Support desktop Windows and MacOS based environments and common software such as Gmail.
- Perform anti-virus, anti-malware and end-point security for internal and external end users.
- Adhere to SLAs agreed with customers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- Required skill(s): Cloud Computing, anti-virus, anti-malware, end-point security.
- Familiar with GSuite or Office365.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
