Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 3 -5 years of working experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.
- Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

BALITOWER merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur telekomunikasi terkemuka di Propinsi Bali. Perseroan adalah pelopor penyedia sarana Menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui fiber optic/nirkable.
Pengembangan portofolio menara telekomunikasi BALITOWER didasari oleh beberapa aspek, antara lain tetapi tidak terbatas pada, pembangunan menara telekomunikasi sesuai kebutuhan operator (built to suit), termasuk akuisisi lahan dan membangun menara pada lokasi yang berpontensi bagi operator. Seiring dengan pergeseran kebutuhan para Operator di Indonesia menjadi penyewa menara, hal tersebut telah meningkatkan kolokasi rasio secara signifikan.
Pada tahun 2014, BALITOWER melangkah dengan mantap untuk menjadi perusahaan publik dengan melakukan Penawaran Umum Saham Perdana Perseroan atau yang biasa disebut Initial Public Offering (“IPO”), yang telah mendapatkan Pernyataan Efektif dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tanggal 4 Maret 2013, serta melakukan pencatatan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) pada tanggal 13 Maret 2013.
Saat ini BALITOWER memulai untuk melakukan pengembangan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, dengan mengedepankan konsep pembangunan dan pengoperasoan Microcell Pole dengan arsitektur jaringan C-RAN (Cloud Radio Access Network), hal ini untuk mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan komunikasi data yang semakin cepat. BALITOWER secara intensif melakukan kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Daerah atau Pemerintah Kota di setiap wilayah dengan gagasan mutahir melalui R&D yang intensive menciptakan prototype yang berlandaskan pada Esterika dan tehnology.
