Lead Developer  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the “go-to” person for all IT-related topics or issues Manage remote developers and and work with part-time Head of Product Manage Backend, Frontend Web and mobile, and Lead GitHub and Trello Site management (investigate, fix, test, deploy)
• Work with designers, business team and CEO to develop new product features
• Work with CEO and designers to prototype motion and interaction design into something that can be described and implemented
• Decompose complex problems then implement solutions that fit the unique constraints for each platform
• Improve, simplify, and strengthen existing code
• Find ways to improve the product and company

Current required skill set are for consideration but it is not the most important. Skills and programing languages can be learned, yet good personality contributes to the harmonious team work. Passion and personality first, current skill sets second. If you fit our criteria, we are eager to have you contribute to our codebase.

We are looking for a Lead Developer. As a lead developer, you will help drive the company forward. The lead developer has full responsibility for all IT matters (idea generation, developments, fixes, coordination) and works hand-in-hand with the business team, the CEO and manages other developers.

• Technical Skills required: Full stack developer (Angular, Javascript, NodeJS, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, GitHub, General)
