Job Description
- Uses various customer sales methods to close deals.
- Forecasts sales, develops “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluates their effectiveness.
- Evaluates customers skills, needs, and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Meets personal and team sales targets.
- Researches accounts and generates or follows through sales leads.
- Attends meeting, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Reports and provides feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Maintains and expands client database within your assigned territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Experience with the motorcycle industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to surpass quotas.
- Experience working in sales department or sales related job (3 months).
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer use competency (word, excel, powerpoint).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and driven.
- Familiar with commuting routes.
- Coachable with pleasant personality.
- Resumes should include valid ID picture.
