Job Description
- To be able to sell Ayala Land Premier real estate properties.
- To assist clients in buying the property that is most suitable to their needs.
- To inform possible buyers of the advantages of buying a property under Ayala Land Inc.
- To build sustainable relationships and trust with client and develop after sales relationship.
- To provide investment strategies and insights to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good in power networking and maintaining positive relationship with clients.
- Open to attending or willing to organise various social events.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- At least a bachelor's / college degree in any field.
- Preferably 1-4 years as an experienced employee specialising in Property / Real Estate industry.
- We are also looking for dynamic fresh graduates or career shifters who are willing to apply.
- Goal-oriented, team player and with entrepreneurial mindset.
