A Property Specialist's role is to cater to different premier clients local and foriegn specifically to those who are interested in our projects in Metro Manila and Vismin areas.
He/She is also tasked to do Lead Generation role such as assistance in prospecting, profiling, and coordinating lead generation activities.
He/She is also tasked to do account management roles as well which includes developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Be part of the #1 Sales Team. We are looking for passionate and driven people who are willing to travel and handle high-end accounts for our Ayala Land Premier clientele.
You must be/have;
- A graduate of any business course;
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to learn and travel;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
