Job Description
Marketing:
- Conceptualize, develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns through various channels such as digital media, print, and on-ground initiatives
- Create compelling print and online recruitment marketing materials
- Plan and create recruitment marketing events as needed
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to establish the positioning of each campaign to be rolled out
- Work with external agencies (online, TV, radio, print) for the production and placement of recruitment materials.
Recruitment:
- Create metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and events
- Responsible for the safekeeping and inventory of all recruitment collaterals
- Update activation report and provide pertinent information to managers and sales directors as the need arises
- Update existing collaterals such as but not limited to flyers, posters, email blast materials, and presentation materials
- Coordinate generated/sourced leads to Hiring Managers.
- Conduct initial interviews
- Conduct exit interviews as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.
- Has passion for social media initiatives
- Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop CS5
- Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
