Training Associate  

The Sales Trainer is expected to provide training delivery, both classroom and on-site, across geographic locations in the country. On the other hand, he/she will also be in charge of the planning, and execution of recruitment programs to drive the awareness and generation of applicants for the sales force of Ayala Land Sales Inc.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training

• Facilitate B.A.S.I.C. training sessions in Manila and VisMin.
• Manage training logistics.
• Cascade pre-class reports to all stakeholders.
• Track post-class training reports.

Recruitment

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement recruitment marketing campaigns through various channels such as digital media, print, and on-ground initiatives.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers.
• Work with external agencies (online, TV, radio, print) for the production and placement of recruitment materials.
• Create metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and events.
• Update existing collaterals such as but not limited to flyers, posters, email blast materials, and presentation materials.
• Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews.
• Conduct exit interviews as needed.

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Human Relations, or any related course.
• Must have relevant experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Recruitment, and/or Training.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to different locations to conduct training and recruitment whenever needed.
