Job Description
- Hand out availability, computations, price lists, and other marketing collaterals to sellers and clients
- To oversee the upkeep and maintenance of assigned showroom
- To ensure all sales personnel in the showroom are following the standard code of ethics, house rules, and company policies
- Give pertinent information about the project and even about the sales process to the seller and/or client/walk-in client, thus making sure that misrepresentation does not take place
- Accept reservation payments thru credit card (if applicable) and Issue provisional receipts to sellers and clients alike
- Assist the projects and marketing teams in the planning and activation of selling activities and events
- Preparation of the daily and monthly walk-in reports and other required reports
- Upkeep and maintenance of sales office and site vehicle
- All other duties as determined by your immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably in real estate or sales related industry/post
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Excel for report preparation
- Must have a Driver's License
- Must be able to handle day to day site concerns and oversee site operations
- Must be knowledgeable in all ALP projects especially those that are assigned for the site
