Job Description
- Records, updates and closes helpdesk incidents using required software tool
- Maintains hardware and software asset inventory
- Assists the IT department in answering and troubleshooting queries from employees regarding IT concerns
Successful candidate will be hired under QualiMed.
Work location is at the Faculty Medical Arts Building, UP-PGH Compound, Taft AVenue, Manila.
Minimum Qualifications
- IT skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Graduate of a four-year course in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 6 months work experience
