Job Description
- Overall in-charge with daily settlement to partners and merchants
- Ensure letter of instruction and checks are complete, accurate and timely routed to signatories
- Provides immediate solution for issues/concerns to partners and merchants
- Prepare and communicate all previous day banking activities
- Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments
- Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in settlement transactions
- Responsible in transitioning settlement process from Globe Treasury
- Ensure all partners and merchants are enrolled in auto-sweeping
- Facilitate various disbursements to internal and external vendors
- Support settlement process for the entire Mynt group
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic background in Treasury and Accounting
- Problem solving
- Communication skills
- Sense of urgency
- Highly attention to detail
- High level of organization
- SAP knowledge is a plus
